Janet Au-yeung

Ms. Au-yeung is a Paralegal and has been working in the area of intellectual property since 2002. She has gained valuable experience while working in both boutique and national firms, as well as an in-house paralegal before joining Nexus. She has extensive experience with domestic and foreign patent prosecution, including international PCT applications.

Ms. Au-yeung is responsible for assisting in all aspects of patent, trademark and industrial design prosecution, including preparing application submissions,  official action response submissions, examination submissions, and amendments and information disclosure statements. She further acts as a primary contact with clients and foreign associates on various intellectual property matters.
