Paulina Wisniewska

Ms. Wisniewska holds a Joint Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin and the World Intellectual Property Organization, along with a Graduate-Level degree in Common Law from the University of British Columbia’s Peter A. Allard School of Law, and law degrees from the University of Warsaw and Université de Poitiers.  She also obtained a copyright certificate from Harvard University.  

Since November 2019, Ms. Wisniewska has been applying her legal expertise as a Lawyer and Trademark Agent at the Firm where her practice is focused on trademark and copyright law. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Wisniewska actively contributes to various committees and advisory groups, such as INTA’s Well Known Marks Committee, and provides valuable input for the Trademark Agent exam at the College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents. Ms. Wisniewska’s career has afforded her opportunities on a global scale, including positions at The General Counsel to the Republic of Poland and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York.
